A semi-annual kids consignment sale in Olympia, WA

LMNOP Kids is looking for people who want to make money by selling their gently used baby & kid clothing, gear, furniture, toys, books and other items. 


WHAT IS CONSIGNING

                You bring your gently used merchandise, clean and ready to sell with tags & hangers to our sale, we organize the sale, advertise, man the sale, set up, clean up and send you a check within 2 weeks of the sale for 65-75% of your sales.  You must register ahead of time and get a consignor ID.  Then you input your stuff into our system and print out barcoded tags.  All clothing items must be hung up.  You do not have to stay with your stuff, because you have tagged each of your items with your unique barcode.  We organize the sale by type and gender, not by consignor. People shop like they would in a store. 

 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

                We are looking for children’s items appropriate for ages newborn to 12.  This includes:

·         Gently used clothing (we accept NB-12 but 2T-8 years sell best)

·         Shoes

·         Toys, Puzzles, Games

·         Books

·         DVDS & VHS

·         Large toys like kitchen sets and play sets

·         Carriers & slings

·         Bumbos, high chairs and bouncy chairs

·         Exersaucers and Jumperoos

·         Playmats and baby toys

·         Playpens, Strollers, Carseats (with additional safety waiver), Bassinets, etc.

·         Video games and consoles

·         Gear like bottles, baths, feeding stuff

  STEPS TO CONSIGNING:
1.       Click HERE and register as a consignor.
2.       You are emailed a consignor ID and a link to get to our site where you input your items and print your tags.
3.       Input ALL items you want to sell in this system & print the barcoded tags.  You must print on WHITE OR IVORY cardstock 60# or higher#
4.       Attach tags to the correct item.  Click HERE for tagging and prepping instructions
5.       Hang clothing on hangers and clean all items. 
6.       Sign up for a drop off shift to bring your items to the sale.
7.       Sign up for a volunteers shift to earn 5% more on your sales.

8.      Tell all your friends to consign, you earn $5 of their consignor fee for their first sale that they consign.
Tell all your friends to shop, we ask that each consignor brings 10 shoppers to the sale.  This way your merchandise is viewed by as many people as possible.  You will receive 2 guest passes for your friends to shop early with you (when you drop off your stuff).

9.       Shop early in our consignor presale & invite 2 friends (you’ll receive information on the time & date).  You'll receive your passes when you drop off your stuff. 

10.   Work your volunteer shift during the sale, hopefully a set up or clean up AND a regular shift during the sale.  Our sale could not go on without the help of our volunteers.

11.   Come back on Sunday night to pick up your unsold items, unless you have chosen to donate them all to the Family Support Center of the South Sound www.fscss.org. 

12.   Your check will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of the sale.
