A semi-annual kids consignment sale in Olympia, WA

Would you like to show your business off to hundreds of potential buyers/clients? 
Then we have the right format for you.

Option 1: Sale vendor
What we provide you:

·         A 6ft table and 10 ft area to advertise and promote your products or services during our show, Friday the 7th of October, Saturday the 8th of October and Sunday the 9th of October
·         Vendor exclusivity in your field

·         The customers will be given an incentive to talk to each vendor at the show

·         Swag Bag advertising included

·         Website advertising included

·         $10 refund if you refer a vendor, they pay their fee AND write you in the referral portion of their contract (they must write you in)

·         $5 off your consignment fee if you consign your items and 5% more on your commissions.  This is only for your own consignment.  Once you are a consignor, you also receive $5 refunded for each consignor that signs up, lists you on their contract as a referral AND pays their fee. 

·         We give you first right of refusal for the next sale after you participate

What we ask of you:

·         You are there Friday from 5-7 and Saturday from 10-5, Sunday is optional

·         You set up your items on Thursday from 5-8 or Friday from 10-1, must be set up by 1 pm on Friday and clean up Sunday from 1-5

·         You provide a drawing item that stands alone (no certificates towards more expensive services), worth at least $25.  If your services or products are more than $25, then buy something and put your info on that item.

·         You must advertise our sale on your blog, facebook and/or website (whatever you have available)

·         You must keep your table to one type of business, if you have more than one business, you should buy more than 1 table.  There is a multi table discount of 25% (on the second table).  Business cards are alright to hand out, but no big signs, displays or products from your other business.  There is no exclusivity of your second (or third) businesses. 

$75 for most vendors, $100 for photographers, tutus, & hairbows

(If you do hairbows AND tutus, you must buy two tables)

Option 2: Swag Bag Advertiser
You provide 250 of your own advertising materials to give to our first 250 shoppers in their swag bags.  You can provide a postcard, brochure or coupon.  I suggest a special offer, it makes them want to contact you.  Info is good, but savings are better.

Option 3: Website Advertising
You provide a picture and a short paragraph about your services, we include this on our facebook & post it on our website until our next sale advertising begins (around August 1st)

Non Profit Option:
Pick any option and pay the full retail price, BUT, for every consignor you bring in that pays their fee and consigns, you earn a $5 refund.  For every vendor you bring on that pays their fee and signs a contract, you earn a $10 refund.  These people must put you on their contract or agreement as a referral.    
There is not a maximum on the amount you can earn, so essentially, you can earn more than you pay!
